Requirements for Pet Professionals

Order Minimums & Shipping

  • The wholesale minimum order amount will remain at $300.
  • Orders meeting or exceeding the $300 minimum will qualify for free shipping.
  • Orders not meeting the minimum requirement will not be processed by Cosmos.
  • All orders must be placed through our easy-to-use website, as more and more of our customers have been transitioning to online ordering for its convenience, accuracy, and faster processing. We will no longer process orders via phone, email, or text.

Full-Case Purchasing Requirements
All products must be purchased in full-case quantities.

  • 1-gallon sizes: 4 gallons per case. Mix-and-match allowed.
  • 2.5-gallon sizes: 2 jugs per case. Mix-and-match not allowed.
  • Retail-size shampoos/conditioners: 12 bottles per case. No mix-and-match.
  • 8-oz deodorizing sprays/colognes: 24 bottles per case. No mix-and-match.
  • Fresh Breath oral care products: 12 units per case. No mix-and-match.
  • There are limited products that come in small case packs; we will be adding continuous deodorizing sprays in February when they are available. 

Quantity Discounts
Automatic discounts will apply to the order subtotal at checkout:

  • $450+ → 10%
  • $650+ → 15%
  • $1,300+ → 20%

If You Cannot Meet These Requirements

If you are unable to meet the new minimum order or full-case requirements, or are unable to order via the website, we recommend placing orders through one of our distribution partners.
